Introduction
This is a GPRS / GSM Arduino shield. It is available for EGSM 900MHz / DCS 1800MHz and GSM850 MHz / PCS 1900MHz, with functions of GPRS, DTMF and other functions. It supports DTMF, when enabled DTMF, it can be used to realize remote control.
It is controlled by AT command, directly started through computer serial port and Arduino motherboard. This SIM800C GPRS Shield is embedded SIMCom company's SIM800H chip, with good stability.
