keyes Capacitive Touch Sensor is specialized for Arduino. Its connection port is compatible for Arduino sensor shield. It is mainly composed of touch detection IC and so on. The touch detection IC is designed to replace the traditional button key with a variable-area key. It features low power and wide operating voltage. When it is energized, the sensor needs a stabilization time of about 0.5sec. Do not touch the key during this time period. All functions are disabled and always self-calibrated. When the key is not touched, the recalibration cycle is about 4.0 Sec. Sensors can be used for waterproof appliances, commutable button keys. The sensor comes with two positioning holes that allow you to secure the sensor to other devices.
