1. Overview
This is a commonly used tilt module sensor that uses the SW-200D vibration switching element. The SW-200D vibration switching element is a ball type tilt sensing unidirectional trigger switch. The vibrating switch is gold-plated at one end and silver-plated at one end; the gold-plated end is a trigger end, and the silver-plated end is a conductive end. When the sensor is tilted in the horizontal position or toward the conductive end (silver plating), the switching element is in an open OFF state, and the sensor signal end outputs a high level; when the sensor is tilted toward the trigger end (gold plating), the switching element is in a closed ON state, the sensor The signal terminal outputs a low level.
The sensor is compatible with various microcontroller control boards, such as the Arduino series of mcu. When using, we provide a method to use this sensor with the Arduino series of MCU.
The sensor comes with a 2.54mm anti-reverse plug-in white terminal. When used, we can connect to the MCU with DuPont cable. To facilitate wiring, we have also designed an expansion board that is fully compatible with this sensor and the Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller. We only need to stack the expansion board to the UNO R3 MCU, and use a 3P double-head XH2.54 plug wire (anti-reverse) to connect to the expansion board, which is simple and convenient.
At the same time, the sensor comes with 2 positioning holes with a diameter of 3mm, so you can fix the sensor to other devices.
