1.Overview
This is a commonly used photoresistor sensor which mainly uses photoresistor components. The resistance of the resistor element varies with the illumination intensity. When there is bright light in the environment, the resistance is 5-10K¦¸; when there is no bright light, the resistance is 0.2M¦¸. The sensor uses the characteristics of a photoresistor element to build a circuit to converts the change in resistance into a voltage change.
The sensor is compatible with various microcontroller control boards, such as the series of microcontrollers for Arduino. When using it, we provide a method for using this sensor with the series of microcontrollers for. Input the sensor signal terminal to the analog port of the Arduino series MCU, and the change of the analog value is sensed, and the corresponding analog value on the serial monitor is displayed.
The sensor comes with a 2.54mm anti-reverse plug-in white terminal. When in use, we can connect to the MCU with DuPont cable. To facilitate wiring, we have also designed an expansion board that is fully compatible with this sensor and the Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller. We only need to stack the expansion board to the UNO R3 MCU, and use a 3P double-head XH2.54 plug wire (anti-reverse) to connect to the expansion board, which is simple and convenient.
At the same time, the sensor comes with 4 3mm diameter positioning holes, so you can fix the sensor to other devices.
